Inflorescence composed of 1-6 subdigitate , shortly pedunculate racemes , the peduncles and the culm below the inflorescence densely pubescent . Sessile spikelet elliptic to obovate , 2-5 mm long . Pedicelled spikelet as long as the sessile , without a pit .
