Apteranthes tuberculata (N.E.Br) Meve & Liede

This species is native to Jordan, Afghanistan, extending to NW India. (Ref. POWO; 2023). There is one species of Apteranthes occurs in Oman. (Ref. Oman Botanic Garden).

Flowers dark purple ; sepals ovate-lanceolate ; corolla 8-9 mm in diameter , dark purple , deeply divided , lobes lanceolate , glabrous .
