Leaves with revolute margins and often undulate ; rosulate basal leaves pinnatisect with remote , linear segments ; stem leaves narrowly decurrent , linear-elliptic , mostly entire . Inflorescences solitary at the end of branches . Flowers pink , tubular , perfect . Fruit achenes , 5–6 mm long , obconical , 4-angular , verrucose . Seeds pappus , up to ± 30 mm long , dirty white , of many barbellate bristles . (Ref . Flora of Oman ; vol . 3) .
