Leaves with lower leaves up to 25×7 cm , variable in shape but generally lyrate-pinnatisect , dentate-serrate ; upper cauline leaves narrower , simple , sessile . Inflorescences borne on erect , many-flowered racemes . Flowers white to pink or pale violet ; sepals 5 . 5-10 mm ; petals 15-20 mm . Fruit siliqua , 30-70×7-10(-15) mm , smooth , beaked , fleshy , not or scarcely constricted between the seeds , the walls spongy . Seeds 2 . 5-4 mm , globose or ovoid . (Ref .
