Flowers small , white , numerous ; sepals keeled at the back , hooded , margins scarious , apex acute and mucronate ; petals white , smaller than the calyx ; stamens 3 . Fruit capsule , ovoid , 3-valved , slightly shorter than the sepals . Seeds c . 0 . 5 mm long , usually minutely warty . (Ref . Flora of Oman ; vol . 1) .
