Leaves alternate , sessile , linear-lanceolate , base truncate to auriculate , apex acute , margins often inrolled , glabrous , deciduous . Flowers in pedunculate axillary clusters ; sepals unequal ; petals white , glabrous , close in the afternoon . Fruit capsule , ovoid , glabrous . Seeds dark brown . (Ref . Flora of Oman ; vol . 3) .
