Leaves 1-foliolate , yellow-green above , grey-green below , oblong to lanceolate , acute to obtuse at the apex , subcordate at the base , glabrous above , appressed pubescent on the nerves beneath , petiolate . Inflorescences borne in dense spike-like raceme . Flowers purple ; calyx slightly pubescent , ciliated ; sepals 10-16 mm , upper 2 lobes united , pubescent ; corolla about as long as the calyx .
