Argyrolobium crotalarioides Jaub. & Spach

This subshrub is native to Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, Turkey and the Arabian Peninsula. (Ref. Flora of Oman; vol.2). There are two species of Argyrolobium found in Oman. (Ref. Oman Botanic Garden).

Perennial subshrub ; up to 20 cm tall . Stems woody at the base , branched , ascending , with white appressed hairs ; young shoots more/less glaucous . Leaves 3-foliolate , grey-green ; leaflets 6-14 x 0 . 5-1 mm , linear-lanceolate , sericeous , petiolate . Inflorescences in terminal lax racemes . Flowers all yellow or occasionally the standard and wings reddish-brown ; calyx 5-5 . 5 mm , lobes linear , pilose ; corolla slightly exceeding the calyx ; stamens joined into a tube . Fruit pods , 28-32 x ± 4 mm , flattened , grey-green , sericeous , ± 6-seeded . (Ref . Flora of Oman ; vol . 2) .
