Leaves 3-foliolate , bright green ; petiole up to 15 mm ; stipules ± 2 mm , linear ; leaflets 6-16 x 4-10 mm , obovate to oblong-obovate , crenate-dentate , apex rounded or frequently emarginated , dentate , base acute , ± pubescent to glabrous . Inflorescences in axillary capitate racemes ; peduncle up to 30 mm ; pedicel 1-2 mm . Flowers small , pale yellow , fragrant , ± 4 mm ; calyx ± 2mm , lobes shorter than the tube , acute , sparsely pubescent to glabrous ; corolla with standard petal 3-4 mm .
