Almond
In Omani studies: Patzelt (2015) wrote that: "The almond is often eaten on its own, raw or roasted, but is also available in other forms, such as flour, oil or milk. These products can be used in both sweet and savoury dishes". (Ref. Photographic Field Guide to the Plants of the Western Hajar Mountains; 2015).
