Flowers slightly fragrant ; petals 5 , white , with a light purple tinge on the margins ; stamens white ; anthers yellow . Fruit 6 cm in diameter , oval , obovate , oblong or short-elliptical , usually rounded at the base , apex rounded with a small nipple ; peel pale yellow , smooth , thin , tightly clinging , with acid pulp , usually seedless .
