Leaves 15–30 , ovate to elliptic-lanceolate , sessile , base attenuate , apex acute , margins entire . Flowers 1–2 , terminal and axillary ; corolla pale purple-blue , tubular , unequally 5-lobed above . Fruit capsule narrow ovoid , exserted , surrounded by the persistent calyx .
