Leaves 1-foliolate , fleshy , minutely glandular or glabrous ; leaflets broadly ovate to rotund , apex rounded , base rounded . Flowers purple to pink , about 1 . 5cm across , solitary in the axils of leaves . Fruit capsule , triangular , 5-angled , with a persistent style , pubescent and more/less glandular , opening by 5 valves , deflexed at maturity .
